Saw my therapist as soon as I walked in. Salon wonderfully cool and clean. Therapist did as I asked when carrying out waxing and cost of treatments. I do not usually use your salon but I am pleased with the results. Well done, Paige.

Wow, what can I say…. I felt exceptionally well taken care of from booking, to arriving, to being treated, to leaving. Katie made sure that everything was how I’d like it to be before we started and during the treatment so that I could simply relax, and that’s exactly what happened. I’ve come away feeling lighter, more energised, more relaxed and with a huge reduction in pain after Katie was able to help melt away the discomfort relating to an injury with her magic hands. Wonderful, amazing place, great staff and top treatments, best lashes and nails I’ve had in berkhamsted.

My appointment was on time and professionally carried out and my treatment executed with painstaking detail , including waxing the tops of my toes for a forthcoming holiday . I sort of take it for granted Mimi will do a thorough job and she does , with pleasant , helpful chat as she goes along .

Gina is so lovely and welcoming, nostril waxing isn't the most glamorous of treatments but Gina did it with such professionalism.
