I had the pleasure of receiving a facial from Kauther and it was amazing! She was so pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. Her salon is beautifully decorated and very well kept. There is also safe parking on the premises which is important to note. Have already booked my next appointment to try brows and waxing. Thanks again! 💕

What an absultely pleasant experience. I am a plus size woman and had a lot going on down there after not waxing for 4 months so needless to say new therapist and long hair in a sensitive area I was nervous for my hollywood. Bernadette was kind, gentle and thorough and also shaped my brows beautifully. I have found my new therapist and its close to my home. Thank you Bernadette I will definately be back!

I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

It was my first appointment with Leigh and what a phenomenal service from the get go. From accommodating me with the change of time , professionalism and knowledge of skincare products and treatments to waxing techniques. Not to mention how super quick she is and you still leave walking out with pain free legs, no skin reactions, a hair , no wax residue . Instead you get leaving there filled with smiles and smooth legs.

Fantastic- Alison is so professional, friendly, gave great advice & is all round gorgeous! The spa/salon is in a lovely old house beautifully decorated, and I was made to feel very welcome & pampered from the minute I arrived. I will definitely visit again!

I always feel the salon impressed with how Sherne does magic with ALL my mail repairs ( I’m the girl always with a broken nail) and the work she does so effortlessly ❤️

For a first-timer I can honestly say it was an amasing experience! Ladies I know it can be a little nerve-wrecking, but I promise you it is só worth it. Do yourself a favour and make a booking. Just do it, you won’t regret it - Gaby is just absolutely wonderful! She is very professional and also very kind. She made the experience so much more comfortable knowing it was my first time. Beautiful little salon located a few roads from where I stay which is so convenient for me. Haley was my beauty therapist and did the most gentle wax I’ve ever experienced after years of not waxing. On this cold winters day the salon bed was equipped with an electric blanket which kept me toasty. I’ll definitely be back again!
