I felt very relaxed as usual at blue bell and enjoyed the massage; she had a great flow about it and as she progressed into it the pressure became consistent. As she is training i am looking forward to her massages in the future when see gains more confidence as you can tell she loves it. So relaxing and peaceful. Will be back again. Only feedback would be that some of the creams, gels and towels in the facial felt quite cold. Would have liked them to be slightly warm.

Always enjoyable going to Shepparton Skin and Body Clinic as the beauticians are friendly, efficient and very helpful in their recommendations to improve your skin.

Mel was an absolute gem, from the moment of first contact till the moment I left the salon. Mel was patient in answering my many questions and alleviating any anxiety I had, she spent the time to understand exactly what I wanted from my experience and she delivered with beautiful brows that have elevated not only my look, but also my self-esteem. The salon was impeccably clean, cool and calm, the whole experience was a positive one. I’d recommend Mel to anyone, and wish her all the best for her future endeavours.
