I have never felt so comfortable in my life, you have built such a loving space I really could have hugged you. Fallen is so down to earth and nothing but positive vibes and loveable energy to give. I came in feeling so anxious and intimidated by the whole idea of waxing. Once I left I was like can I come back tomorrow!
