I met Anna for the first time yesterday for a hot stone reflexology treatment & all I can say is I left feeling incredible. Anna is wonderful & I felt genuinely cared about. The treatment was blissful & I would highly recommend her. I want to book her for an Indian head massage next. Magic hands!

I received a wonderful one-hour deep tissue massage. The therapist was highly skilled and attentive, and She did an excellent job working on the knots in my muscles. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and with improved mobility. I would definitely recommend her services.

I had a deep tissue massage with Devrim yesterday, and it was fantastic. It was quite intense at times, but she really worked out the tension and knots. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and Devrim was professional, attentive, and clearly very skilled. I feel so much better today — looser, lighter, and refreshed. Highly recommend her if you want a proper, effective massage that makes a real difference.

Ruta is great, warm and friendly and most importantly professional and a great therapist. I had a massage and cupping and dry needling and she gave me some really helpful advice on after care. I’ll definitely go again in a few weeks for sports therapy.

I had a great experience, The massage chair was amazing and I really enjoyed the cryotherapy. I’m definitely going back for the oxygen treatment. I was seen by a young lady called Kieron, she was really helpful and informative which added to my great experience. ❤️👊🏾

The staff here are so clear, welcoming, and friendly! They made the whole experience super easy and enjoyable. I especially loved the red light therapy — it was relaxing and refreshing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very intimate space which is suitable for female athletes like me! Great hospitality and informative on the service you choose. I travelled straight from a sports competition and did Cryotherapy, I felt refreshed afterwards! I highly recommend.

Amazing experience with this sweet lady. Honestly i suffer from a lot of tension and stress in my body and have been looking for a masseuse who can really open up the knots in my body and release the tension. Devrim has been amazing! I had the best massage ever! The massage chairs are like no other I've used or seen. They massage you from you toes all the way to your head. Great value for money.All the machines at Zone Recovery are brand spanking new 2024 - 2025 technology. I have been to quite a few places that also offer oxygen chamber, Cryotherapy etc, and I have never used machines as advanced as these. I couldn't recommend more highly. I would give them 10 stars if I could

I cannot recommend Devrim enough. I train a lot and I have a lot of problem areas in my body, which she knew exactly how to treat. The setting was super relaxing, clean and smelt gorgeous! Not only did she focus on the days treatment but has given me mobility work to help my problem areas. I will be back in a few weeks for the next one!

It was so lovely to come and have an infrared sauna. I felt refreshed after and also the chair massage was very relaxing. I’ll be back xx
