Great sports massages, and a great woman. If your an athlete/workout a lot, make sure to get a sports massage. Had a back problem from an accident, and was given a massage with acupuncture. Pain and stiffness was gone within a couple days. All massages I’ve had here have made me better and ready to go. 110% would recommend

Taja is amazing. I always feel so 'held' and restored by her. I had more acupuncture today to help with running injuries and it was just great - as always. So convenient too right in the heart of Croydon!
