My dad came from another country, and the very first thing he wanted to do when he arrived was book a massage at Motion Remedy with Gigi — he wasn’t interested in London attractions at all, which says everything. He had severe shoulder pain for two months and couldn’t lift his arm properly. After just three sessions with Gigi, the pain was gone and his movement fully restored. I had my first massage therapy treatment (MLD) at Motion Remedy for 90 minutes with Lek. The venue was beautifully decorated, light and airy and clean with a warm welcoming atmosphere. Lek was incredibly professional and demonstrated her expertise to a high standard. She even provided recommendations and helpful advice at the end of my session. After the massage I genuinely felt calm and relaxed (desperately needed) I’d definitely book another session in the New Year and highly recommend Motion Remedy’s services.

Since I started seeing Paul in January my knee has improved so much, I had very limited mobility after having a TKR and was in loads of pain. I am doing things now that I never thought I would be able to do. I Would 100% recommend Paul to anyone who is having problems
