I booked the Waxtini Deluxe for my first-ever waxing experience, and I’m so glad I did. From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The private setting made me feel at ease right away, and Hatun was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The results were flawless, and the location was easy to find. I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to waxing—highly recommended will definitely go again and not to mention her playlist is amazing 🤍🤍

I had my first appointment today with the lovely Olena. I was made to feel very comfortable and I was explained everything that my treatment would involve and aftercare advice. I had the male pedicure treatment and now my feet look and feel a million times better. I work in construction and wear safety boots 10 hours + everyday so need to take care of my feet. I was a little bit nervous after it being a while since having my last wax but she made me feel so comfortable and talked me through the process. Offered me drinks and made sure I was comfortable as it was a warm day. Was done very quickly and was perfect for the self care day I needed! Very warm and relaxing atmosphere, all around great service! In love with all the waxing areas I’ve had done as I’ve been left smooth and can’t wait to rebook in a few weeks time!

The lady was lovely and did really good waxing and I did not feel much pain. She was lovely to talk.
