This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏

So happy that i had a recommendation for this. Oh my word, I was so relaxed that I nearly fell asleep. I was told that David was very good and he is. For the first time in i can't remember when I had 7 hours sleep! I've already booked again for next week and I'll keep on going. I know that it's NOT a quick fix but just being able to sleep was amazing! Hopefully in time I'll be able to walk without being in agony

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored.
