This really is Integrated Therapy at its finest! You don't need to be a millionaire living in Hollywood to access high quality effective treatments. Counselling for my PTSD, then cupping for my shoulder issues, followed by acupuncture for stress and anxiety relief. A full makeover within an hour. Who could ask for more 🙏

Brilliant, David is really experienced and explained everything before I began my treatments, I had cupping on my back and neck which has given me more movement in my neck than I have for years,really impressed I will be making another appointment to go thank you david

Very good as always

Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. I will definitely be visiting Sarah often. She's part of my kick boxing journey now. The best sports therapy and holistic session I've ever had. I feel totally relaxed and pain free.

Superb bespoke experience Sarah is simply better than any other physical therapist I worked with. To recommend her without adding superlatives does not do her or her business justice

Booked for cupping and acupuncture, previously had appointments last year for neck and back pain treatment exceptional Dave asks all the right questions regarding pain before treatment. From past experience would not go anywhere else. Also cuts down on taking painkillers.
