I can’t recommend Sarah enough! Her massages are incredible, she combines her skills & knowledge to create the perfect treatment & even gives me exercises/ stretches to do at home between appointments, which has really helped! I always feel renewed and relaxed afterwards - highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this lady enough. The sports massage I received was amazing. From this moment of walking in Sarah put me at ease and really took her time with the massage to help me with a problem I was getting in my lower back and glutes. Sarah is very welcoming and friendly. Explains everything fully and gives an after care plan. You can tell she is very thorough and knowledgeable I would highly recommend align holistic and sports therapy.

I had a sports therapy massage to address muscle tightness. Sarah was very knowledgeable and talked me through what she was addressing.The treatment was firm but effective, and I felt noticeable relief in my hips afterward. Sarah was amazing. I arrived feeling very sore and my body feeling very stiff. I felt my days of kick boxing were doomed and I just wasn't suited to it. Sarah worked with me to ease my aches and pains and to release my joints and muscles. I just knew Sarah would make me feel human again and my inspiration in kick boxing is restored. Very professional sports massage conducted by Sarah today, utilising trigger point therapy alongside passive awareness of informative stretches to help use/develop my own knowledge during my regular fitness training.
