Amazing experience! Definitely made me want to go back. She knows what she’s doing and she does it so well! One of the most relaxing experiences I've ever had. The lighting and room temp were perfect and the massage, facial and scalp massage were amazing. I dozed off a number of times I was so relaxed. I booked for 5.30-7.30pm so when I finished I could go home have something to eat, have a shower and go to bed. Best sleep I've had in a long time. Woke up in the morning with glowing, bouncy, hydrated skin. Do this for yourself, or for someone you really, really like. They will love you for it.

My partner and i had the best experience at urban retreat. We had a 3 and a half hour package with sauna, scrub, massage, facial and head massage. It was absolutely heavenly. The staff were extremely professional and attentive and the spa was immaculate. We cant wait to come back.

Absolutely amazing experience here. Everything is spotless and the place is gorgeous, the massage and facial are heavenly - seriously, the best I’ve ever had - and Pim is so lovely. I was immediately relaxed and could just lean in to the whole experience. As I write this, I’m relaxing more with fruit and tea in the stunning reception area. Best of all, as a plus-sized person, I was so comfortable. The robe was plenty big enough and the massage table was much wider than normal, so I wasn’t feeling like I was squished in. All in all, can’t recommend enough and I can’t wait to come back!
