I had a wonderful 90 Minute Massage and then followed by a facial. TT Massage and day spa was a beautiful environment to be in and my Therapist did a wonderful job of working out all of kinks within my muscles. Highly recommend going here

Lovely Day Spa with friendly staff. We booked a couples massage on short notice and they were able to accommodate. We both enjoyed our massage immensely and will return.

Absolutely amazing, was floating for the rest of the day. Haven’t had a spa day in over a decade so this was a real treat. Highly recommend. Beautiful people, lovely atmosphere. Amazingly clean. Will definitely be booking another one, probably sooner rather than later.

Had The Relax package. Requested deep tissue massage concentrating in shoulders and neck with some serious knots. Alice was my therapist.and was impressively strong. She worked on those areas with hard pressure (requested); I haven’t had a ‘workout’ like that in a very long time. It was far from relaxing but certainly helped with my movement. Combined with stretching and an additional scalp massage, then end was heavenly. Therapy rooms are very simple (maybe a little clinical) not that warm ‘spa’ atmosphere, if that is important to you. The experience ends with a lovely iced tea and wafer.

Had a great remedial massage by Nancy yesterday. No matter which therapist they assign to you, I always receive professional treatment, clearly they are very well trained. I have been to many day spas for massage, and this is consistently the best massage and day spa in Canberra by far.

Always a pleasure to have a treatment from Urban Retreat Massage and Day Spa. The ladies are very professional, friendly and the massage treatment is very high quality. Highly recommend.
