Benedit was friendly enough so I was v comfortable throughout my appointment. BUT instagram paints a very different picture. The lashes started falling off when I reached my car and kept falling off even on my international flights despite the fact I never slept. I avoided swimming my whole trip and it made no difference. I dunno if the discount means you get subpar product or if it’s just shoddy work but these were a waste of time and money. Having sparse lashes just 2days after installation before you’ve even reached your destination is just tacky. Wouldn’t recommend mmm lashes.

Great place, located in such a beautiful part of Cape Town. The lashes are amazing, beyond my expectations. The service is okay but the lash techs seem quite down/unhappy to be there, which impacts the overall experience
