It was my first time visiting the salon, and I’d booked with Mia, one of the senior nail techs. Her perfectionism was obvious from the start, and as an ex-nail tech myself, I truly appreciated it. My nails are absolutely stunning; perfectly prepped and flawlessly applied. I’m so happy to have found someone this talented!

Fantastic experience for my daughter today who was able to find the confidence to go to the salon on her own for the first time today thanks to the positive and welcoming atmosphere she experienced previously. Jenny was very kind and supportive and made Erin feel relaxed. She loves her nails today, thank you so much Jenny and Ugly Betties!

I really recommend this nail bar! The aesthetic, atmosphere, pace of appointments, and the friendliness of the staff were impeccable! I had a BIAB mani and a gel pedi with Lily, who was fantastic & really welcoming. The nail technicians here are all really highly skilled and meticulous to ensure a great set of nails! Lily was so helpful, as it was my first time getting BIAB, and explained the whole process to me so I was aware of what to expect! I will be back here in the future as it’s the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! Thank you Lily & the Glow Up Team! ✨

This is hands down the best nail salon in the city. Ariana takes such care in nail prep and throughout the whole process and her nail art is just phenomenal. Highly highly highly recommend for all your beauty needs!!

I love the new salon. I had a fabulous luxury pedicure. The Navy products used were so luxurious. My feet feel super soft. My BIAB manicure with French nails are perfect. Thank you Maddison as always a lovely afternoon.

Always learning something new on my regular visits for my hair. Can also say I have never left feeling unsatisfied with my hair cut or colour! Guidance given is fantastic regarding caring for the colour, best shampoo suitable for my hair as well. Not forgetting that I always feel comfortable and welcome too.

They managed to fit me in at short notice to sort out a bad set of nails from another salon and I have never been so happy with the result! They’re absolutely perfect! Pretty, girly salon. I came in for a “mummy and daughter” pedi. The staff and owner are always so welcoming. Always making it extra for my little girl (4) with glitter, lemonade in a champagne flute and candy floss. The owner is amazing with children. My little girl always feels like a princess after and loves to show off her toes. Can’t recommend it enough!
