I'm so pleased I found Elsie and her wonderful private salon. I've been to many nail places in Plymouth where I felt like they'd rather I wasn't there and technicians are distracted. At Beelsiebub Nailz you get a focused expert to do your nails, with plenty of time, and you can be as quiet or chatty as you like. Plus, her nail art is amazing and my nails are perfect every time!

I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I am over the moon with the service the girls give me at Ugly Bettie's and that's why I keep going back to them. Thanks girls. 🥰

It was my first time going to this gorgeous salon, as I needed to find a new nail tech as my current one couldn’t do my nails anymore, and they were able to fit me in very quickly. My nails were last done nearly 2 months ago so they desperately needed doing as I had lifting and loose nails. I had my nails done by a senior nail tech and she did an amazing job and I am very happy with them and I have found my new nail tech. The staff were lovely and I will be booking in myself and my daughter for more treatments very soon.

I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

Elena was so lovely I had a pedicure got a coffee on arrival and a lovely treatment as I don’t live in Plymouth I didn’t know where to go and I’m so glad I went to Muse, will be coming again when we come back to visit.

I love the new salon. I had a fabulous luxury pedicure. The Navy products used were so luxurious. My feet feel super soft. My BIAB manicure with French nails are perfect. Thank you Maddison as always a lovely afternoon.

Courtney is amazing such a talented nail tech always gives top class service and incredible nails, both myself and my daughter have our nails done by her wouldn’t go anywhere else, her nail room is incredible looks fantastic and is so cosy, when we go to have our nails done it’s like catching up with your friend with plenty of laughs and a good chat. Would highly recommend Courtney she is incredible she gives you gorgeous nails that last and don’t damage the health of them.

Lovely set of autumn nails by Leanne done today, fitted me in a week early due to a broken nail. Friendly and makes you feel at ease. 2nd visit and will definitely keep returning 😀

My luxury pedicure by Karen was amazing. Karen totally pampered my neglected feet, filing them, buffing them, removing cuticles and painting my nails beautifully. I liked that Karen used ‘old school’ files instead of cordless sanders which was a great touch and I felt my feet were filed more accurately. The leg and feet massage was so soothing and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend a luxury pedicure with Karen, amazing 🤩
