Always a great experience. Regina is my go-to nail artist and Cici has done my reflexology and relaxing massage twice now, and is also amazing. There was a power outage today but the staff made sure clients were safe and completed the services they could as they figured out the situation.

What a fantastic day at M-Tokyo. We specifically wanted an authentic Japanese salon, & having an all-Japanese team made it feel truly special. The slight language barrier was actually quite charming & never got in the way of the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Sayo, who took care of a guest’s broken nail with incredible skill. The repair & colour match were absolutely perfect. And thank you to Miru , who was so thorough, patient, and attentive throughout my service.
