Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Returning to Reach Medspa was a no-brainer after my last experience. I even got some compliments to my nails so I came back and I played with chrome this time. But also I decided to explore their facials. I opted with the SuperNova Infusion Facial and the experience was amazing – my skin feels lifted and has this new glow.The staff, as always, made everything easy to understand and provide me with the most comfort. Can't wait for my next visit!

I really enjoyed my treatment today. We started with a beautiful manicure and then an amazing facial. My skin feels like butter and is glowing. Jenn gave me the treatment customized to my concern. My experience with Jenn was phenomenal! She took so much care to ensure I was comfortable and happy! You can tell she cares so much about ensuring I had a great experience and that I would fall in love with my nails!
