The service was awesome and all staff are very friendly and helpful. They were always checking in to make sure I was okay throughout the service. The deluxe pedicure was amazing, and the massage was so relaxing. I am super happy with my manicure as well, and there were so many colours to choose from.

Jenn was amazing, I got a mani and a facial and I feel so refreshed! She has fun colours for your nails and BIAB has made my nails feel so strong after getting a bad quality mani from another salon jenn saved my nails! Her facials are also always catered to what your skin needs!! 10/10 service and quality

This was my first visit at Zensoma Wellness. Alesa provided me the service this evening. She is super sweet, is very patient and helpful. I am 1000% satisfied with her suggestions for my.manicure and pedicure. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised with the mini massage she provided me after my manicure. Annie was wonderful to talk to - she takes her time to explain in detail and ensures the guests are comfortable as well as satisfied with the services being provided. It's a spa like service provided with at home experience. Very highly recommended. Thank you!

I recently visited Reach Medspa for the Naked Nail Manicure, and I must say, the experience exceeded all expectations. As a 30-year-old man who isn't accustomed to nail care, the staff made me feel incredibly comfortable and the atmosphere was also very inviting. Truly outstanding customer service. I really appreciate that the manicurist highlighted my natural look and that they took the time to explain each step, making sure I felt at ease. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I had such an incredible experience at zensoma wellness the staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable as I had my infant daughter with me.. Alexa is such an amazing nail tech she understood what I wanted and the results were way more amazing than my expectations.. I came across Zensoma flyer in my neighbour, so thought to give it a try! I went during their grand opening week. Amazing nails service and hair wash done by Alexa. They were attentive, nice and professional. I also got a headband and a nice hancrafted bag for lunar new year. Highly recommend this local home spa

It truly feels like home, and I love the privacy it offers compared to commercial spas. The place is spotless, and Annie, along with the rest of the team, is incredibly warm and welcoming. Everyone is kind and professional. They offer a selection of drinks - hot tea, lemon water, or hot water plus along with light snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch. I left feeling completely rejuvenated after the massage. The hand mask was also a lovely surprise as it was my first one in 25 years of getting manicures 😍

I came across their video on instagram and decided to try the basic paraffin treatment after a long period of stress. The space is warm and cozy, very peaceful, and helped me recharge.
