Was disappointed to find that treatment was only a half hour. Overall nice introduction to the spa. Unfortunately, the communication regarding time frames made the discount less enticing after the fact

Sophia did exemplary facial treatment on me. She transformed my skin to lighter, shinier and smoothier to touch. The ambience in this Spa is very inviting, peaceful and relaxing. The staff are friendly, and in this first visit, they made me feel comfortable interacting with them. Manuka is a warm and welcoming spa, with an accessible washroom! Pam takes the time to go over your intake form and skin concerns with you before beginning your treatment. Throughout my Customized Facial Pam let me know which step she was at and which products she was using. She invited me to ask questions about the treatment throughout the process. I was even able to add on a peel to my service for a specific skin concern I was dealing with. Pam is great at making you feel at ease and was able to offer several product recommendations, with alternates for pricier items. Can't wait to go back!

Wow wow wow! This has to be one of the best facials I have ever gotten, and I’ve had a lot. Anna was extremely knowledgeable and shared the process before we began. After that she put me into complete relaxation by offering calming music, constant touch and products that felt and smelt amazing. She continually massaged my neck, shoulders, and arms while masks were on, something I don’t think I’ve ever received. I can’t wait to come back for another facial and other services as well.

I booked an appointment for a customized facial at Manuka Spa based on the excellent Google reviews while visiting Winnipeg. Pam did an exceptional job from start to finish, giving an excellent overview of my skin condition and tailored the facial to meet my skin needs. She explained everything thoroughly and patiently answered all my questions. It was my first time trying Eminence products, which all felt wonderful and smelled great. The facial includes cleansing, exfoliation, and a scalp and hand massage, which were very relaxing. My skin already feels and looks better. Thank you Pam!

My customized facial was amazing as usual. Pam is so knowledgeable, I can ask her anything skin related and she is always able to answer and explain things. Amazing, Ten out of ten stars!! I received a oxygenating facial and a calm and hydrate scalp treatment and it was absolute perfection Location was super easy to park at, the building in the room were very lovely and super calming. Had a great vibe to it. Anna was the absolute best! She took her time to explain the services and had great tips for follow ups for me and my skin. The aesthetician that performed my facial did a wonderful job, it was relaxing, she knowledgeable & answered all my questions, I would give her five stars. My only concern is the final moisturizer had quite a strong perfume smell and gave me a headache. As I mentioned in my first facial, I’m very sensitive to smells and I’m hoping there might be an alternative to use in future facials.
