Always have such a good experience when visiting Hidden Gem and this was no different! Becky thoroughly spoke through the process and aftercare of microblading from my consultation to the end of my appointments. She also made me feel very welcome and was chatty and friendly as usual. I had my first session of reflexology with Joanne yesterday and it was a fabulous experience. The treatment room is set out really well and creates a calming, relaxing atmosphere. Joanne is lovely and was very welcoming and immediately put me at my ease. The treatment itself was amazing, I felt so relaxed at the end of my session. I have no hesitation in recommending Joanne and if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would!
