Not only was it incredibly relaxing, but Becca really took the time to tailor the treatment to me focusing on some issues I’ve been having with my legs, which already feel so much lighter. I had my first ever lymphatic drainage massage with Becca so was unsure what to expect. She made me feel completely at ease and everything was explained fully. My tummy area was my main area of concern and it feels so much better this morning. My thighs were a big shock. I thought I was carrying excess weight but by bedtime last night, all the ripples and puffiness had almost gone. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. This is my third visit and the results speak for themselves. I have struggled with the symptoms of peri-menopause and after the first visit my bloating improved and I woke the next morning with more energy, focus and the brain fog had lifted. After the second the results lasted longer and I feel more like my old self. I highly recommend Natalie and lymphatic drainage, I cannot wait to go again!
