Hi May, I wanted to check on the amount charged for my appointment. I went to the salon specifically for the colour, and before coming to the salon I had already had my hair cut by another stylist to make sure it was above the bra line. So the hair length when I came in was already just over shoulder length and clearly above the bra line. I’m checking my credit card statement, but if the amount charged was $148, could you please check and verify what hair-length pricing was applied to my service? If I was charged the longer-hair rate, I believe there is a $20 overcharge and should refund
