AMAZING SERVICE !!!! this is my second visit to kess and both times have been the best. i apologise as i forgot the name of the stylist that has serviced me both times :( she is absolutely attentive and professional and knows exactly what I went when consulting. I've never left her chair disappointed. she goes above and beyond her role. Her customer service and professionalism is top tier. she is an absolute gem !!!!! the overall experience of kess was great. lovely customer service and the vibe of the salon is welcoming. 10/10

I received the balayage for the first time on my virgin hair and it turned out great, I was a little worried that it would be too intense but assured that I could go lighter or darker to suit what I was comfortable with. Thanks so much Skin X

Today was my first visit ever to Nulooks. I had volour treatment, fringe done and keratin treatment. Best hair dresser EVER. She was so kind and explained the process well. My hair looks better than it has for years. I definately recommend booking with her. I will never go to any other hairdresser going forward.. thankyou for such a positive experience.

Love all the hair stylists here, they are so good at what they do, and their customer service is amazing 🙌🙌 always feel welcome and walk away happy! Ashika, Vageeta, Louis 😊. Nisha does great brows and has lovely chats! Great prices too! All round much better than other salons in the mall and anywhere I’ve been! Thanks guys!

Amazing service and love everything that VIJItha my hair stylish and beautician does had a deep-conditioning for my dry scalpy head and hair this is a hero product it's a must for every ladies to have done followed by a regrowth to cover up my greys my regular fortnightly salon visits. Highly recommend and the staff are lovely .. Thank You's

Tala was awesome! As someone with polynesian hair who’s usually nervous to get their hair layered and cut Tala did a great job. I loved how she cut and layered my hair and will definitely go back to her. She curled and styled my hair which made me love my new look. Left there with my hair feeling much lighter which I really appreciated. Also Nisha (not sure if that’s how you spell her name) did an amazing job when washing my hair. She thoroughly washed it and took her time on it. Overall loved how my hair was done and will definitely go back.

I sometimes find conversation & sales stressful at a salon when its supposed to be relaxing but Talalelei was so comfortable in her manner that it was such a lovely experience , the wash,cut and style made me feel great . Such lovely team including time with beautician Nisha also , you feel like you are with friends .

Luis and the girls are amazing! Took my 2 years old son for a haircut and everyone ensure that he had a great time! Even when he cried everyone comforted him and gave the best cuddles! I highly recommed to any mom looki g for a place to take their little one for a haircut. Thank you Luis and the team.

I had my hair done by Angel and her assistant at their Henderson branch..went in the salon, welcomed by Angel and she went straight to getting my full head foils..very comfortable environment and I was even offered water and a cup of tea. my hair colour came out so beautiful and the price is very reasonable and was within my price range..if you wanting a change this summer look no further..I strongly recommend that you head over to Angel to give you a makeover ie: colour therapy for your hair..I am returning I. 2 weeks time to get a keratin treatment..Thank you Angel and the team.
