Customer service was great and hairdresser was great but the eye brow wax was harendous the lady wasn't friendly was really rough didnt listen I said the wax was to hot it was burning me I said no threading I don't like it and she started doing threadening I wasn't happy my face is extremely red more than usual and it feels burnt im disappointed as I normally don't have issues.
