This was my first trip to this salon and definitely won't be my last! I was apprehensive about trying a new salon as my usual go-to sadly closed down, but Lilly really put me at ease and did an amazing job with my hair. All of the staff were so friendly - 10/10!

Well from the moment I walked into the salon everyone was very welcoming and relaxed. Kiera went through everything before doing my hair to make sure I was happy and during the process ,explaining everything. I am extremely happy with my colour and style !!!! Liz and Phoebe the dynamic duo always make you feel welcome. Seeing the puppy was the added bonus. My hair is so soft, well cut and shiny. I always feel a million dollars after a trip to their salon. Thanks again ladies.

Ciara did a wonderful job with my hair! She gave my hair its much needed layering. At the end I walked out of the salon with a head of shiny and bouncy hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and nice. I am definitely coming back.

I recently took my 5yo daughter to Hair at O’Neills in Fareham for a haircut, and we had a wonderful experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness, which made my daughter feel so comfortable. Her stylist, Sam, was absolutely lovely – she was patient, kind, and really engaging with my daughter throughout the whole process. My little one was especially excited by all the festive Christmas decorations around the salon. Sam did a fantastic job with my daughter’s hair. The entire experience was stress-free, fun, and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon today, Claire has her own private room it felt so personal light music playing in the background. I highly recommend Claire I felt so good leaving the salon with my new fresh hair and definitely will be returning to her. I’ve also recommended her to my family members.

Claire is simply the best hairdresser I’ve ever met. The salon is peaceful, with a quiet room where you can play your own music or just relax. Whether you want to chat or enjoy some quiet time, Claire makes every visit comfortable and personal. I live in Southampton but happily travel here for her! She offers free fringe trims for her customers, uses eco-friendly products, and her cuts are always perfect. Even the way she washes your hair feels amazing. I feel so lucky to have found this gem!

It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she absolutely loved it! Louise was fantastic as always and made her feel so comfortable she can’t wait to go again. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and it’s such a lovely environment in the salon. Thank you again for outstanding service, I look forward to having my hair done with Louise in a couple of weeks.
