My daughter came for her first appointment today, her very first appointment in a salon after years of sensory avoidance. She very much enjoyed her experience and the staff were amazing with her. Explaining each step and she now never wants me to cut her hair again. Salons going forward for the nearly teenager! Thank you ladies for making this the best experience for her.

Amazing Salon! I’ve really struggled to find a descent salon local to me, but Flappers is worth the drive. The balliage result was amazing with beautiful tonal fade, and very natural. Louise cut layers in to my thick curly hair to give shape and bounce to my curls. (Where my hair had grown out it used to resemble a triangle!) I found other salons relied heavily on thinning scissors which is not what I wanted when I say ‘layers’, so I’m very happy with my hair now and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Colour and tidy with CC today and all I can say is wow! Even got a bit emosh at the end! Showed CC lots of pics, much discussion ( she is very patient) asked her to run with the hi lights as i was feeling brave and she did, delighted with the result. Fantastic salon. I've been going here since it first opened. I have my nails and hair done regularly and occasionally I have my eyebrows waxed and tinted and my toenails gel polished. I can't say enough about how friendly Sonya, Jemma and Emma are. They are all great at what they do.
