I recently visited the salon and had an unfortunate experience with a trainee who got something stuck in my hair during washing, causing a severe knot. However, the team handled the situation impressively. Ella and Heidi spent an hour and a half meticulously untangling it, demonstrating patience and professionalism throughout. I wasn't charged for the service and was given a complimentary hair treatment. Despite the initial mishap, their excellent service turned a potentially negative experience into a positive one and I was happy with my highlights.

Lilly has a soft touch and cut my hair really well. The salon also has a nice environment which feels luxurious.

The salon is warm and welcoming, my stylist was Ruby, I usually book with her, she seems to know what I want and gets on with it, I could not wish for a better hair cut, I have complete faith in her,, and I will continue to be a client at Amy's

A wonderfully warm welcome awaited my elderly mum and nothing was too much trouble as staff sought to make her comfortable. She relished every moment of pampering and is now walking proudly with her truly lovely haircut. It’s even better than she thought it could be! A wonderful relaxing salon experience with a very person touch. Natalie has done both a cut and colour correction for me now and I couldn’t be happier with the result. Never got the vivid colour I want any where before, took a chance on Charlie with a training offer and she got my hair so right! It's super bright feels amazing and though she was nervous of my cut with how much I was having off she nailed it. I've never been so happy leaving a salon! It's exactly what I wanted and better then the inspiration pics I sent her. I love the firey tones and feels so fresh! Very very happy! Lovely lady and salon chat too thank you so much to all.

It's evident upon initial consultation that there is a wealth of experience and professionalism. Advice was clear and suited my hair needs. Trusting that you are in good hands and allowing Zella to work her magic, will not end with disappointing results. Excellent cut, master of colour and finished to perfection. To add to the fantastic hair experience, the salon is small but has everything to meet your hair needs and that of having some relaxation time. I would highly recommend a visit for anyone who is serious about looking after the health of their hair, having great looking hair.

It was my daughter’s first hair cut and she absolutely loved it! Louise was fantastic as always and made her feel so comfortable she can’t wait to go again. Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and it’s such a lovely environment in the salon.
