This was my first trip to this salon and definitely won't be my last! I was apprehensive about trying a new salon as my usual go-to sadly closed down, but Lilly really put me at ease and did an amazing job with my hair. All of the staff were so friendly - 10/10!

Well from the moment I walked into the salon everyone was very welcoming and relaxed. Kiera went through everything before doing my hair to make sure I was happy and during the process ,explaining everything. I am extremely happy with my colour and style !!!! My first visit to CiaraJade Hair Salon. Mellisa gave me excellent, friendly, professional haircare advice. Melissa made up a special salon hair treatment specially for what my hair required. The cut was perfect. I would thoroughly recommend Melissa. I was so happy with my hair, I made my next two following appointments before I left.

Ciara did a wonderful job with my hair! She gave my hair its much needed layering. At the end I walked out of the salon with a head of shiny and bouncy hair. Everyone at the salon is so friendly and nice. I am definitely coming back.

Had a wonderful experience at the salon today, Claire has her own private room it felt so personal light music playing in the background. I highly recommend Claire I felt so good leaving the salon with my new fresh hair and definitely will be returning to her. I’ve also recommended her to my family members.

My granddaughter comes every school holiday and really enjoys having her hair trimmed and platted such a lovely salon.

Claire is simply the best hairdresser I’ve ever met. The salon is peaceful, with a quiet room where you can play your own music or just relax. Whether you want to chat or enjoy some quiet time, Claire makes every visit comfortable and personal. I live in Southampton but happily travel here for her! She offers free fringe trims for her customers, uses eco-friendly products, and her cuts are always perfect. Even the way she washes your hair feels amazing. I feel so lucky to have found this gem!

Aimee always gets my hair perfect! I won’t go anywhere else now! The whole team is so friendly and the salon is a lovely place to be!
