Very quaint spa in downtown Vancouver. Anna was my masseuse and she was very cordial and skillful. My neck and shoulder tension greatly improved at the end of the session. I came here for a couple coconut oil massage with my partner to celebrate his birthday. After the treatment, we enjoyed a cup of refreshing treat and Japanese treat In a private, traditionally decorated room. Thank you Sanatio!

Best spa and salon place ever! Staff are all super nice and well trained, space is aesthetically pleasing and overall very accommodating and friendly :) prices are most definitely worth it and affordable, will come again and refer my friends !!

Haru went above and beyond to make my experience amazing :) I immediately booked another visit as soon as I left, I cannot rave enough about Sanatio Spa! from the moment you step in to the moment you leave, you are taken care of so well and your relaxation is the top priority. I love being able to access Japanese services in Canada - such a treat and meaningful way to connect to my culture :)

Love this place! I have been several different times, for different services and with different practitioners and every time has been lovely. The staff is super friendly, accommodating and the spa is reasonably priced!

I’m always extremely pleased with my nail services at Liveo — the team does a good job and have recommended to friends. The space is lovely and on the smaller side, but the team does what they can to make sure you’re comfortable during treatments. I look forward to my next visit.

Mirai was very detail oriented and took great care in doing my gel extensions. She even did an ombré with assistance from her instructor, Jessica, and did an amazing job. The space was clean and the atmosphere was joyful. Will definitely be coming back for services!

First time customer here. I had a wonderful experience with the whole process from online booking to getting started with the service as soon as I walked in. Receptionist was nice and informative. My nail technician was Kimmy today and she did amazing job. Loving the way my nails turned out 😃 Looking forward to my next appointment!

The best spa experience I’ve ever had with the most friendly staff. My wife and I booked a coconut oil couples massage. This experience was truly amazing. When I booked this experience I was hoping it would be an authentic Japanese experience. I can honestly say my expectations were greatly exceeded as it truly felt like we were transported out of Vancouver to Japan. I would highly recommend this place!
