The staff from Mophead is always very helpful and friendly starting from the front desk to my hairstylist Kana. She always takes her time my haircut and does a fantastic job everytime! The salon is also clean and it’s location is very convenient.

Kana was so lovely and she was attentive and understood what I wanted and shared her insights. I did not get the salon assistant's name but her hair washing care was a treat! From the calm ambience to the groovy lounge music playing I truly enjoyed my visit and will continue to be a customer.

I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

The salon did an excellent job with the new renovation! It is very spacious, bright and refreshing. I also decided to go for a new hairstyle with my go to stylist Kana and as usual she does a wonderful job. All the staff at Zeal is also very welcoming. They are also very organized with the bookings, which makes things simple for me!

The salon got renovated recently. It looks more modern and nice. It’s a pleasant place for a haircut. Fuko has been my hair stylist for years. She is always very passionate and friendly. She always takes her time to know what her customers really want. She is patient and is an awesome hairdresser. Highly recommended!

Wayne is really professional and understands what I want. He is patient and willing to share his knowledge. However, the girl who washed my hair is absolutely needs more training. The store should never let such an inexperienced staff starts with a long hair customer. Wayne很专业而且懂得我要的风格 他很有耐心也愿意分享头发后续打理的方式 然而帮我洗头发的女生（黑长发扎马尾负责打扫）她需要更多的培训。我洗头发的时候 已经有两个客人在洗发区待了超过三分钟了 我躺下后她给我洗了两遍头发 每次抓五下就冲水（说五下我都是客气的）然后就要给我上护发素 我旁边的男客人都没洗完头 我的中长发就已经洗完了？我不理解 没有人培训那个女孩子洗头要洗多久吗 她自己不觉得我一个长发比旁边寸头洗的还要快不合理吗 在我提出要求后她态度很好的接受了 又帮我再洗了一次头发（比之前两次好一些但是有待提高 指导她不是我一个客人的义务）然后给我上了护发素并做了按摩 这里我给出的建议是既然她没有太多经验 那么应该让她从发量和发长更短的头 开始学习.

I make appointment at2pm, after someone help me with head wash, I sit there 30mins, nobody come to help with hair cut until I ask front desk. But the hair cut skill is great though! I will back next time and I do not want wait that long with appointment!!

First time here and it was an amazing experience. Kana was super helpful and took care of my hair perfectly - my hair was super dry and damaged before the appointment, but Kana fixed it! Although it was a bit pricey but it was all worth it, I am certainly coming back. Would definitely recommend!

Kana’s been my stylist for 2 years now and she does a fantastic job with my haircut everytime! The team at Zeal is always friendly, accommodating and helpful. For those who are looking for a nice and convenient location with awesome staff to get a Japanese style hair done, I strongly recommend Zeal (now Mophead).

Had prp injection done for my broken wrist and torn tendon, within 2 weeks it is almost completely back to normal. Previous to prp I couldn't rotate my wrist and my hand shook uncontrollably when trying to but now I have 90% recovered range of motion with zero shakiness. Very happy with the results and the awesome service by Dr Yam and everyone at the clinic.
