The new salon is incredible! They've brought a luxury space you'd expect in the city to Raymond Terrace. The girls all were all 10s as usual, in particular Lex who did my hair. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, They make everyone feel like a VIP from the minute you walk in! Very happy with my hair and the experience.

Finally a salon in the area I feel comfortable attending! From the moment I walked in the ladies made me feel really welcome. I have had some shocking lashes before that damaged and wrecked my natural lashes, so I was really clear on what style and length I was after. They absolutely nailed it! I love my lashes and I love that Raymond Terrace now has Empress Esthetic! Thanks again ladies! 🩷

Absoutely amazing as always, don’t trust anyone with my hair, Daisy is exceptional, massive transformations, I always am happy leavibg the salon Thankyou Daisy for being my life saver always! … nush is so amazing at makeup, she did my makeup today for the first time also and I am Absoutely obssesed and want to go back to get my makeup done, cannot recomend her enough for makeup! I enjoyed the whole experience. I loved the relaxed experience, with emphasis on pampering. Jess is intelligent, polite and chill, did a perfect job matching my previous colour from other salon, and doesn’t talk too much. The music, the pace, the decor, the head massage and warm towel/lavender eye mask, and particularly the cider, cheese and crackers, the welcome pack were all worth coming back for. A good change from the hectic pace of our lifestyles. Thank you for a great experience.

Absolutely love the result and couldn’t be happier. Rhinuschka took the time to really understand what I wanted, and all three stylists were attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. While I was there, two other clients left smiling, and it really stood out that despite a diverse range of hair types and styles, everyone walked out confident and happy. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend a visit.

My first experience attending this beauty salon and expectations were certainly met. I have been getting my hair done by Clare for some time now and she never dissapoints. Clare is professional and gives honest advice about hair services and long term treatment for my hair. I always walk out feeling beautiful and happy with the end result. I took advantage of the great deal of eye brow wax, tint and eye lash deal that is currently on offer. I have never used this service before and I can honestly say I will continue to use it. All round friendly, professional and amazing service from all.

From the moment I walked in, the Empress team was incredibly friendly and welcoming. ​A huge thank you to Tamara for fitting me into her busy schedule. While my hair dye was setting, I was even treated to a lovely coffee! It was great chatting with Tamara, who gave me some expert advice on Keratin Nanoplasty smoothing for my mop—definitely something I’m looking into now. ​A massive shout out to Rhinuschka as well for doing such a terrific job with my hair. I’m so happy with the result. Highly recommend.

Friendly staff Great results

My stylist was fantastic! Got the all over colour I wanted and a style cut to match my face and styling preference. All of the staff were lovely and answered my curiosities about what suits my type of hair.

Throughly enjoyed my experience today, walked out so much lighter (excellent cut) and happier.

Absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone.
