The new salon is incredible! They've brought a luxury space you'd expect in the city to Raymond Terrace. The girls all were all 10s as usual, in particular Lex who did my hair. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, They make everyone feel like a VIP from the minute you walk in! Very happy with my hair and the experience.

Finally a salon in the area I feel comfortable attending! From the moment I walked in the ladies made me feel really welcome. I have had some shocking lashes before that damaged and wrecked my natural lashes, so I was really clear on what style and length I was after. They absolutely nailed it! I love my lashes and I love that Raymond Terrace now has Empress Esthetic! Thanks again ladies! 🩷

First time visiting Empress Esthetic, Very welcoming and atmosphere is great. Had my hair and make up done for a wedding, and I honestly can not fault them. Very talented and great at what the they do. Would recommend them to anyone who is looking for beauty services.

The Salon exceeded my expectations!The stylist Clare was friendly and attentive, and she provided great recommendation for my hair type. The products used were high-quality and my hair looked amazing afterwards salon had a relaxing atmosphere and I appreciated the attention to detail. I will definitely be a returning customer. From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt welcomed and at ease. Tamara is incredibly skilled and has a lovely, friendly personaility, that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I visited Empress Esthetic today to have a full head of foils. The time and attention to detail was second to none. So much care to make sure my hair and colour turned out perfect on my final stage of returning to blonde after being dark. I walked away feeling so happy and look forward to visiting again soon. That perfect shade of blonde is so hard to get.. yet Empress Esthetic worked wonders all whilst maintaining the health of my hair .

Always amazing. My nails are the best they have ever been. I love Tamara’s application of BIAB. Also, hands down the best dermaplaning I have received. I’ve been to a few places for this in the past and I won’t be going anywhere else but here from now on.
