The service was exceptional, On entering the salon, I was greeted and seated. My wait time was a matter of moments and taken through for my service. The room was clean and warm, and the blankets and bed were made comfortable. My facial was excellent and done very professionally. At no time did i feel uncomfortable. I was very pleased with the whole procedure and i will recommend to others and will be back. Thank you.

I've been to other Salons in Launceston for Shellac nails and they lasted all of a day. Sophie did an amazing job and spent the time meticulously making them perfect! They lasted weeks with only 1 chip and I have a very manual hands on job. Super impressed. Even when removing the polish, Sophie took so much care to ensure my real nails were looking good. Thanks again girls.

Very happy with my first time ever having my nails done, Anita was more than happy to explain step by step the process as I have never done this before. I've been attending your salon for 4months. I've received very inconsistent post treatment instructions from your staff. It's confusing as to whether i'm getting results. I can barely see any change. No-one has ever offered to followup/progress photo's. I had initial photos taken. Your staff all tell me different information regarding my journey and which treatments i should be having. Your salon is lovely. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. but there is definitely room for improvement. I'm paying a lot for your services.

I had a hair appointment (wash, foils, cut, dry) from Lilly and waxing from Sophie. I've seen Sophie and Erica before for waxing and they're super efficient and do a fantastic job. I hadn't had my hair done before and I'm so glad I did. Lily did such a beautiful job on my colour, and I'm super happy with it. It's so nice to go to a place where it's all of your beauty needs in one and they excel in all services! Thanks ladies.

Beautiful environment, great feel. I came in with very warm hair due to cream foils from a previous salon. My roots are a lovely silver so the warm cream did not suit. Tarnia was fabulous, brought me back to a gorgeous ash colour, with a perfect cut and now I feel me again.

Amazing service today at Silo’s hair salon. All the hairdressers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I had a full head of foils, cut & blow dry and couldn’t be happier with my hair. I would absolutely recommend this salon based on my experience today.

Chelsea makes everyone who walks in the door, comfortable and relaxed. I also feel safe to discuss and trust Chelsea’s knowledge of what may or may not work or suit me, I have always left the salon loving my hair and feeling grateful for the extra little bits of care and guidance tips from Chelsea. 💯

The girls at Silo Hair are fabulous. Always friendly,attentive and fun! I had a wonderful wash and head massage. And then had a cut and blow dry with Steph. I always leave the salon after Steph has ‘done my hair’ extremely happy 🥰
