Had my second appointment with Lizzie to top up my eyebrow tattoo. The results were good prior to the top up but are now amazing! Lizzie was really good, made me feel completely at ease and checked on me throughout this process. Would highly recommend. Not only do the results look amazing they have made me feel 100 times better about my appearance.

Saw Ellen for a hair cut for the first time today and had a brilliant experience. She talked me clearly through my options and explained her thoughts behind decisions, she is clearly very talented. I also felt really comfortable with her, and the salon itself has a really nice atmosphere (and playlist!). I'll definitely return, thanks!

Absolutely incredible service! I haven't felt that relaxed and welcomed at a salon or barbers for a while. I mentioned when booking my appointment that I am autistic, and Lisa did an incredible job at making the entire appointment super smooth and clear. On the pre-apppointment notes it also asked for my pronouns and what I wanted to achieve with my hair; this was really great to see! The venue is gorgeous and calm, and the free drink from the on site cafe was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Nicole is THE BEST. I trust her totally with my hair and as ever I left with a fresh new cut and feeling more like myself again. I’ve loved very style she’s created for me over the last 6 years! She is also kind and I feel safe in her chair both as a queer and as a chronically ill person who still needs to wear a mask when I’m out and about.

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.

I have been going to Kaycie now for over 10 years and can honestly say it such a welcoming and friendly environment and all the girls are lovely..They are extremely good at there jobs.. sienna has been doing my nails now for almost a year and she is very talented and lovely we have the best conversations and I always look forward to seeing her on my next appointment 👌🤗.. I also had a toenail reconstruction two weeks ago by Beth I’ve always been embarrassed to wear sandals and thanks to Beth she made that possible again with her fantastic work..
