I’ve been going to Chantelle for 2 years now and I’ve never once had a bad time. Chantelle is calm and friendly, her beauty room is clean and fresh. I have a ‘full body wax’ including brow & lash tint and every time I walk away I feel amazing! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, in fact I travel 40 minutes each way! Thanks again Chantelle x

Absolutely incredible service! I haven't felt that relaxed and welcomed at a salon or barbers for a while. I mentioned when booking my appointment that I am autistic, and Lisa did an incredible job at making the entire appointment super smooth and clear. On the pre-apppointment notes it also asked for my pronouns and what I wanted to achieve with my hair; this was really great to see! The venue is gorgeous and calm, and the free drink from the on site cafe was a lovely touch. Will definitely be returning and recommending.

Nicole is THE BEST. I trust her totally with my hair and as ever I left with a fresh new cut and feeling more like myself again. I’ve loved very style she’s created for me over the last 6 years! She is also kind and I feel safe in her chair both as a queer and as a chronically ill person who still needs to wear a mask when I’m out and about.

I had the most fantastic experience getting my hair dyed and cut by Arie! I was super happy with the end result and it was easily one of the best cut and dyes I’ve had in years. She was genuinely really kind and caring, regularly checking up on how I was doing and providing updates on each stage of the colouring which was really appreciated. Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. Ruby loves her new piercings and is a very happy girl.
