Liv was so so lovely and accommodating. I needed a tattoo covered up and they came up with the nicest design and used the time I had to do a couple of additional bits for me. It’s clear she’s passionate about her work and her style is so unique!! Highly, highly recommended and I’ll definitely be heading back for plenty more in the future!! <3

Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

Kay was great with my daughter who was nervous about having her ears pierced. Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. Ruby loves her new piercings and is a very happy girl.

Kelly cut my 2 and a half year old sons hair and have my 7 year old daughter her first hair cut. My daughter was very nervous and my son was very fidgety but she was absolutely brilliant with both of them. They both left much happier and looking much smarter! Absolutely wonderful and Kelly is always so nice to chat to!

Maria was excellent. Put me right at ease as never had a Hollywood before. We chatted like we've known each other for years . The gossip distracted me from the pain. She has an excellent bedside manner . She was amazing .

The staff were lovely even got complimentary drinks on arrival. Very clean, modern and friendly. I got my helix pierced, was quick with minimal pain. Would definitely go again for more piercing.

Considering Ana is still learning English she is a brilliant artist, very methodical, professional and I felt I got included in every step of the way. Would definitely see her again.

Lovely customer service and the lady was so comforting while getting my piercing and I love it ! Thank you !!!
