Fantastic experience! Open, friendly and affordable. Have been to a lot of hairdressers around Bristol, most of which I found underwhelming for the price. Nicole gave an exceptional service, lovely coffee on arrival and very happy with the cut! Great value for money.

Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally. And gave us after care products and information too. Kay has done a few of my own piercings before too so trusted her 100% with my daughter.. thankyou Kay xx

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

Fabulous appointment at Beauty Within, Bristol with Lizzie. Gel toes. Lovely red colour. Had a laugh, and discussed different therapies available to me. See you again soon.

I was very pleased with the professional way Beth pierced my ears and the aftercare I received. This took three visits and each tine Beth was cheerful and although my visits were short Beth took the time to engage with me. A very happy customer.

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.

Great. My daughter was nervous about having her ears pierced but was soon put at ease and loves her new sparkly earrings. Great service, thank you.

Both my children aged 7 years old and 9 years old had their first ear piercings done with kay and it was a good experience for them both. kay made them and myself feel welcome and comfortable . The prices are very reasonable and the service from start to finish was great , even when the youngest got a little tearful after one ear was pierced kay helped her to stay calm and efficiently got the second ear done . Will certainly recommend to others in the future 👍

She was brilliant! Really nice and chatty and made my experience here really comfortable. I just moved to Bristol and this was my first beauty treatment to be done so a very good impression and will defo being coming back. She even gave me tips on how to manage my hair and recommended me some products

Thanks for taking the time to explain things to us and making sure she was comfortable having her ears pierced with a needle instead of a gun due to the thickness of her earlobes. My whole experience at Crisp Bristol was amazing !! All of the staff were ever so lovely and made me feel so comfortable, and my haircut itself was so lovely ! I couldn’t recommend Crisp more🫶🏻🫶🏻

Would absolutely recommend Kay for any piercing. Had my belly button pierced and she did an amazing job of positoning it to cover over the old piercing pre pregnancy She was so gentle and I've never had a piercing heal so well or so quickly
