Absolutely amazing! I went to a single lobe done and it was hands down the best piercing adventure ever. Luke is such a lovely and super friendly person, measured like a pro with laser precision, and double-checked with me more times than I can count to make sure I was happy with the spot before the big moment. Would 100% go back — can’t recommend Luke enough!

Absolutely amazing service! Corrina helped me figure out what I wanted and went through it with me, didn’t feel rushed and it turned out better than I ever imagined. Definitely recommend her, felt super comfortable here, as someone who doesn’t go to salons much!

I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

Best salon in Bristol !

Such a lovely atmosphere! Everyone is so friendly and bubbly. Vicki did a fantastic job yet again. I no longer live in Bristol but i keep coming to this salon just for Vicky.

I was very pleased with the professional way Beth pierced my ears and the aftercare I received. This took three visits and each tine Beth was cheerful and although my visits were short Beth took the time to engage with me. A very happy customer.

Very impressed with the hygene - Beth Chadwuxk was very thorough in her hand washing. Very pleasant during the ear piercing and made me geel relaxed. All equipment was beand new from sterile packaging. Would give highest recommendation.

Such a lovely experience. Sarah was so welcoming as soon as we entered. She talked and explained what he was going to do and made user I was happy with everything. She also cut my toddlers hair and was very patient and calm with her. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Great salon for hijabis! I love that they have a secluded room where you dont have to worry about guys walking in mid-service. Sarah is very friendly and shared some great tips on how to best take care of my hair. She also shared the best alternative solutions for the concerns that i have instead of pushing for the most expensive treatment. Overall,good first experience with the salon
