I am very fussy about them as they are my natural nails. She did a great job with overlay and nail art for me just before I go away on my holiday. Had my nails done by Shaff at Kaycie Kyle ahead of my international Scouting adventure – and honestly, they’re perfect. Every detail was intentional, from the shape to the polish, but it was the nail art that really blew me away. I gave her a pretty specific brief – something that blended Portuguese culture with a twist of Moot magic – and she absolutely nailed it (pun, obviously, intended). Shaff was warm, focused, and so skilled – one of those people who quietly makes you feel totally at ease while creating tiny masterpieces on your fingertips. Thank you, Shaff – you’re an artist.

Floating on air - I am a stress-free zone after that delightful massage (even Bristol traffic couldn't touch this zen!). First time trying the Wellness Signature 90 minutes and it was absolutely divine. Laura-Lea somehow manages to work out all the knots and tension while still making you feel so utterly relaxed. I have had some great massages at some really nice venues but this was by far one of the best. From being greeted at the gate to the tea at the end, the whole experience was unbelievable. From the moment you step onto the studio, you’d forget you were in Bristol and you’re transported to an idyllic remote location where the service and experience couldn’t be more relaxing.
