Staff were so friendly and fun and we had great chats with all of them during our visit. Our nails look amazing too. Love the colours and the quality finish. It was really good! I was super nervous but I felt very supported. Chelsea made sure I felt settled while I waited for my appointment, and then Morgan did my waxing. She was very patient and understanding of it being my first time, and helped talk me through the most painful areas. She was also great to chat to for the long session. I'm very grateful for how well it went and honestly it didn't hurt as much as I'd feared. I will definitely be requesting Morgan again in the future for waxing sessions!
