Lauren does a great job of the lash bomb. With other beauticians my eyes have watered and there's been at least some stinging. Not with Lauren! Very relaxing experience and the curl and tint lasts really well too. She also does fab a lip wax.

Had my waxing done here today, it was a very relaxing atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff who did an amazing job. Would recommend and would recommend to book for other treatments.

Lauren was FANTASTIC!!! She welcomed me warmly and asked the reason for my back massage and if there were any parts in particular that needed more attention. Every knot has gone and I've already booked again for end of the month for a full body! Cannot recommend highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lindsey was brilliant! I had a photo of how I would like my nails and she accepted the challenge and made my nails look exactly like the photo. I also had my eye brows tinted and waxed and have gone to Lindsey on multiple occasions and will continue to. She a brilliant beauty therapist.

I booked in with Lindsey for a pedicure and facial/back massage. Lindsey is 10 star. Herself and the environment is so welcoming and relaxing. I didn’t walk out after my appointment, I floated out like I was on cloud 9!!!!!!!! 100000% would recommend!

As always, a wonderful experience at Serenity. I had an amazing back and shoulder message, very much needed to help with a lot of stress and tension I hold there - and Lindsey worked very hard to relieve it as much as possible. I spent a relaxed two hours whilst my eyebrows were enhanced by micropigmentation. Really pleased with the results, and only sorry it took me so long to commit to the work. Lindsey is a very skilled professional with a friendly manner. I can thoroughly recommend.

Visited today for eyebrow wax and massage. How lovely was Lindsey. Felt so relaxed ,had a lovely chat. Will definitely be back. The only downside was it was over too soon.😓

Firstly I’m very happy with the results of my lash curl and tint. It was done with absolute professionalism with every process explained. The girl who attended me (so sorry I didn’t ask her name) was kind and made the whole experience relaxing. I’d definitely recommend them and I will be going back
