I had such a great experience with this waxing service. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at ease. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and Maisie took her time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process. She was very professional and attentive, which made the whole experience stress-free. Carly is my favourite Hitchin find. Lovely, calm, friendly person to spend an hour with. And an incredibly skilled lash technician. I’m so happy with my wonderful, long but natural looking lifted lashes. Highly recommended. The salon is a really relaxed setting too. A far cry from the usual noisy places.

Had a lovely luxury dermaplaning done here! Ema was so lovely and explained the facial to me as I was very new to the whole thing. Calming atmosphere and a wonderful treatment ! My skin is glowing. Also had my nails done here the other week and that was fab too! Deffo will come back
