Very friendly, communicative and relaxed - made it all really simple. Just a little cramped and hot to enable enough cooling down before getting dressed again and leaving, need more drying time but otherwise really great and amazing appointment time which worked to my schedule

Great experience. This is our third time using Pink Chocolate for my daughter's piercings. She feels confident they always do a great job. Today they were great with two teenagers: one who's had multiple piercings and one whose first time it was. So reassuring.
