I had my second laser session with Rachel today for a dodgy tattoo that didn't turn out the way I was hoping at another tattoo place which I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone and having it covered up with a new design with a tattoo artist that actually knows what they are doing

I have been coming to Vhari for years, since she started doing semi permanent makeup I jumped right on it, brows, eyeliner and lips. When I say she is talented this is such an understatement! She listens and would never do anything that would make you look anything less than fabulous! She has a creative eye for her talent and it shines through in her work.
