I always look forward to my facial with Lesleyann. She is such a lovely girl, so kind, friendly and professional and has great product knowledge. We never run out of conversation! My treatment flys in every single time which is the only downside lol. I love Elite it's a lovely, calm, private/ discreet clinic and the girls are so helpful and always smiling. Excellent professional and friendly service provided by Jade. She is very experienced at Lycon waxing, with the procedure being the least painful waxing I have ever had. I’ve been using the salon for a while now and Jade is so friendly and professional. The salon is always immaculate and a nice relaxing environment. I find the lycon wax they use to be less abrasive as my skin is sensitive, particularly on the bikini line which I used to absolutely dread. I would now get a hollywood without a second thought.

I would give 10starts if I could. Kelsey was so so lovely and professional. The Harley waxing omg.. I've been getting my bikini waxed for 12 ish years and 1st time I've had Harley.. can't believe how much less painful it is and seems a lot less messy too. Delighted and will be back. Thank you x
