I recently visited while away visiting family and needed a back wax, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. Booking was seamless—even though my sister accidentally booked me in via WhatsApp at the same time I was booking online, everything was handled smoothly with zero hassle. When I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, which put me at ease right away. Emily did an excellent job; she was friendly, chatty, and made the entire experience comfortable. The service was efficient, and everything went off without a hitch. I’ll definitely be returning.

Went for an eyebrow wax, I can't remember the lady's name. It was my first visit and both ladies on the desk greeted me and were really friendly. My eyebrows look fab and il definitely return.

This was my first appointment at the Beauty Branch and I am extremely happy with the outcome. All staff were welcoming upon arrival. I was made to feel comfortable throughout. Marie discussed in depth desired look for eyelashes and was extremely kind enough to extend the appointment to ensure I left with exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much Marie for your honesty and your amazing skills! My eyelashes look absolutely insane. I will be back!
