The whole experience from start to finish was great. The salon is warm and inviting and on a cold snowy day to lie on a heated bed in a warm room for waxing was lovely. The wax used makes the whole process a lot less painful. I will be back again.

Go here! Sasha is Bath's best kept secret....she's incredible and at 58 I don't look 'done' just fresher. She knows intuitively what to do and she is also the BEST fun professional too. Small wonder it's busy in the salon! Thank you x

Another fantastic appointment with Lauren, who does my waxing. As always, she was really friendly and professional. She has that ideal combination of being absolutely lovely (creating a calm, reassuring atmosphere, where you don’t feel embarrassed and can ask any question you like) and being very skilled (so it is pain-free and with excellent results). I recommend Lauren very highly - my friends go to her too, now, and agree that she’s the best in Bath!

Anca (& Sophie when she’s back) are the only therapists I would recommend to my friends for waxing appointments, especially if they are nervous/haven’t had one before. They are both very quick and efficient and perform the waxing with such ease and experience that I hardly notice.

Whatever your need, waxing, facials, massages Fran is your gal. Fran always meets you where you are at whether tensions and muscles are tight and you need a relax or need some beauty pampering. It is the best salon I have found in Bath in two years or more. The atmosphere in the salon is super relaxing, elegant, refined and clean. I haven't had such gentle gel removal in a long time! Her passion shows in the excellent quality of work! I will definitely be back as I no longer want my nails done to a lower standard than she offers!!!!

Charlotte is the best beauty therapist in Bath. I always leave feeling a million dollars 💓💓 5 stars great. It wont let me just put the highest rating star!!

Charlotte is lovely - really friendly and personable. The whole experience was brilliant, and the dermaplaning treatment I had seems to be amazing. I'm definitely heading back there for other treatments!

Great to be back after Christmas, Charlotte has a fancy new light, sorting my blackheads right out. I’ve appointments booked for the next 6 months.
