The service and cleanliness in here is impressive. I had the hybrid lashes and a brow lamination treatment by Kaneesha and it was so exceptional. I really commend her for dealing so gently with my twitchy eyes, although it ended up taking us a bit longer to get through. I highly recommend this combo - thank you K&R!

I had a wonderful experience at Nova. Kayleigh is professional, bubbly and all round accommodating. I had my eyebrows laminated for the first time and she talked me through each step as well as aftercare. She is gentle and friendly. I will be back soon! I had a great experience at the Cape Town branch. Zoe took a lot of care in doing the treatments on me, she was very informative and made sure I felt very pampered! Got a lash lift & brow lamination done by Zainab, I’ve been doing lash extensions with her for years now. She is so gentle and lets you know step by step what exactly she is applying. My lashes ends up looking amazing every time! I will continue going back, you’re definitely in good hands 🙌🏼
