Today I had mani, pedi, hair colour and hair cut. My experience started with the friendly receptionist. After that the 3 ladies took really good care of my nails and hair. They were prompt, attentive and professional. I opted for the amonia free hair dye which is less harmful, and the ola plex hair treatment, that made my hair look shiny and healthy. Thank you ladies for making me feel pampered and well taken care of.

I went in for a full hair colour and a classic manicure and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! Walaa worked on my hair colouring, treatment and styling. She did a fantastic job. Honestly 10/10. My hair looks and feels amazing. Eunice took care of the hair washing and treatment application, and her head massage nearly put me to sleep in the best way possible. Another 10/10. For my nails, Mirriam did the classic manicure. She was so gentle and precise because usually when I get manicures, my cuticles end up cut and bleeding but not this time. My nails looks and feels great. Again, 10/10.

Booking process took some time and not as smooth as it could be. Booked using own page only to be told slot not actually available?! Lots of messages later and finally confirmed. Unfortunately after booking was told 3 colours specifically liked were actually not available. Compromised with one chosen. Pleasant beauticians. Hopefully booking issue was a one off as it would make me consider the many other home services operating. Also on another note-I booked 2 services, when I called I asked if they could paint my 10 year old nails (as I notice other companies offer this foc) was told no!

I had an amazing lymphatic drainage massage with Prema. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. Her technique was gentle yet very effective, and I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and refreshed. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. My mani pedi was done very well and didn’t take forever like other salons, and the prices are surprisingly good value. Most salons in Dubai are over priced!! So happy this salon is in DSO
