This is the best nail salon in Melbourne. All of their nail technicians are excellent and never disappoint. You show them a picture they will do the same even better than the picture. Highly recommend this place , respectful, professional, friendly and lovely environment

The setting feels considered and well designed. The addition of the bath the treatments was a great start. The massage was great, had good pressure, motions felt connected. Facial was good, would be nice to know more about the products being used before or as they are applied. Overall 5 Stars.

Relaxing and enjoyed the massage. Would be nicer if the rooms were more soundproofed since the main door was right next to the spa room we were in as there were times you could hear people coming and going from the spa.

My first time visiting Kuu Spa and I will definitely be back. I had my appointment with First and he was amazing. He was able to address my concerns and really targeted the massage to my problem areas. The establishment is super relaxing and professional. I can’t wait to return for my next treatment. Last minute same-day booking for a 1 hour relaxation massage and 1 hour facial and it was sensational!!!! Ning was so friendly, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Extremely relaxing atmosphere and the attention to detail truly enhanced my experience. Everything about Truefitt and Hill is worth five stars. Located in the historical Block Arcade, both the store and salon area are very well appointed and the service is fantastic. Whenever I’m staying in Melbourne I make time for a visit. Treat yourself to a hot towel shave next time you are in the area.

The ambiance was serene, with soft lighting and calming music that instantly put me at ease. My massage therapist, Jayne was incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs. Another amazing Exhale Ultimate treatment with Toni today! A relaxing foot bath, stimulating body scrub and a luxurious facial and massage were just what I needed after travelling for a few weeks. Do yourself a favour and book in now. Toni has created a gorgeous and restful space to allow you to put aside life for a couple of hours while she completely spoils you. So worth it!
