So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

The ladies there are very friendly, just lovely service. They have a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice relaxing background music. They really know what they are doing. I absolutely love seeing Lauren. I’ve been going to her religiously every fortnight since August 2025 and now I literally book my appointments for the entire year in advance. Whether it’s a lymphatic massage or a beautiful remedial massage, I always leave feeling incredible. The warmth and comfort of her home studio is honestly unmatched. From the second you walk in, the ambience is just so calming and relaxing. I genuinely look forward to every appointment jumping into that warm bed and completely switching off. Such a beautiful experience every single time.

Brilliant experience-I arrived a few minutes early and was warmly greeted and taken immediately to the sauna room, which was all clean and tidy and ready to go. Timer set and I wasn’t interrupted for the whole session. The place smells amazing and the music is very relaxing. Great job Cure HQ. I’m looking forward to my next visit.
