I had my very first lymphatic drainage session with Lauren yes and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, Lauren made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the whole session. So many options to choose from! Relaxing in the Normatec Compression Boots watching Netflix, Infrared or Traditional Sauna, Ice Bath, Red Light Therapy or Oxygen Airpod. A great place to recover so you can continue training hard and performing at a high level in your chosen field.

I recently had a remedial and lymphatic drainage massage with Lauren and had an amazing experience. She was very attentive to my needs and made sure I was comfortable throughout the session. The ladies there are very friendly, just lovely service. They have a very calm and relaxing atmosphere. Nice relaxing background music. They really know what they are doing. First time visiting. Efficient booking system and excellent greet and check in on arrival. Infrared sauna room was great. Shower if you need it, mirror, basin. Curtain for privacy. Awesome chilled music. Definitely recommend 10/10

I’m currently 19 weeks pregnant and have been feeling built up swelling in face. Lauren was incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely safe and supported throughout the session. The massage itself was gentle & relaxing. Within hours, I noticed a visible reduction in puffiness and felt lighter and more comfortable overall. Not only did it help with the swelling, but it also improved my sleep and gave me a much needed moment of calm. I’ve already booked my next session! I can’t recommend this enough.
